Matthias Weber, Dipl.-Ing. Electrical Engineering
Matthias started his career as a Research Associate at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where he developed Simulation and Measurement Methodologies for Vehicles and Combustion Engines.
After a short period at AVL in Graz he joined Continental Engineering Services in 2006, where he directed multiple projects in the area of Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicle Powertrains. This also included alternative solutions like Electrical Drivetrains for Cars and Trucks. He successfully delivered these products complying with State of the Art quality phase gate processes and according to safety standards.
Matthias left Continental in 2015 to start his own Company Roben Automotive based in Równe, Poland.
Udaya Kumar, Bachelor in Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science Manufacturing Management
Udaya started his career in the year 1998 and worked in various companies on both Diesel and Gasoline Internal Combustion Engines and Vehicles.Work on Engines comprise from a 3.5HP Engine up to 3500HP Engines. Working on the range of Engines were challenging with many problems sorted out for having a trouble free production of the Engines and Vehicles. Udaya stepped into Management as a systems Project Manager for Gasoline 2 Wheeler applications and later Diesel Engine Management systems for 4 Wheeler projects. He started and managed many system development activities and enforced and implemented project management processes. Udaya worked hand in hand with his customers during the development of the engines and vehicles.
He left Continental in 2015 and leads the operations of Roben Automotive India from January 2016 on.
